Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the degree of financial intermediation in Romania. At the same time it comprises an analysis of the three indicators which show the degree of financial intermediation in Romania: credits/GDP; deposits/GDP; bank assets/GDP for the period 20042015. We want to study the relation between the three indicators that define financial intermediation with the help of the correlation coefficient.
