Features and Tools Implementation of Knowledge Management
Abstract
Learning is a very diverse activity: learning a PIN number, a poem, recognition of one's American Civil War, understanding the electrodynamics equations, driving a car, design a building and managing a project are very different experiences. And since most of us can learn to recognize a face without conscious effort, the memory of four random numbers requires some conscious attention, usually learning how to drive takes 30-40 hours of practice, and it takes 10 years to qualify as a neurosurgeon (in Britain). Despite the variations of time learning the same memory processes are involved in all activities, they are also essential to use knowledge.Download Info
