Information Sharing and its Role in Achieving Organizational Performance

Abstract

Fierce competition in international markets, determine companies to want to be one step ahead of their competitors, in other words to be more efficient. Survival in a competitive environment, greatly depends on encouraging communication within the organization, at all hierarchical levels, both vertically and horizontally, which brings benefits, for both the employees and the employer, but also for the organization. By allowing the flow of information within the organizations, it is created a partnership approach, between managers and subordinates in order to obtain organizational performance.
