A Synthetic Form of a Public Policy Implementation and the Exogenous Factors that Determine the Performance of a Policy

Abstract

Once approval has been obtained for all decision makers on the best variant of solving the problem, it should be known to all those involved to stimulate the creation of legitimacy on the outcome. In some cases, it is necessary at this stage, the decision maker to make the accumulation of new resources (negotiation, realization of partnerships, hiring new staff) and/or modify certain organizational structure - to create new organizations, to modify / enhance the responsibilities old organization. Also in this step, it will choose the tools by which policy is implemented (legislative, institutional, etc.) and the implementing agency (government, other public authorities, private sector organizations, etc.).
