The Role of Investment in Terms of Crisis

Abstract

The present work proposes to realize a complex research of the investment in view of current conditions characterized by a global economic crisis. A special attention will be given to the opportunity and the efficiency of the investment as an instrument in the management decision for the development of a company. Many aspects that a company has to take into account in its development strategy find themselves out in the financing programs regarding a maximization of the profit through investment of the capital in tangible and intangible assets, implementing of new technologies, measures for protection of the medium or financial investments. The paper is structured as follows: • Global Financial Crisis • The economic crisis in Romania • Investment – Theoretical viewpoints • The controversial problems of the appearances of evaluation and recognition of corporal and immaterial asset The scientific novelty work is focused on the element of complexity and actuality of information, which, due to deep changes from the structure markets, of transformations alerts and the process of productions based on the technical progress unknown in history, becomes vital.
