Abstract

La plupart des pays Membres de l’OCDE se sont efforcés au cours des 10-15 dernières années de renouveler leurs systèmes et leurs structures de gestion publique. Certains ont pris le départ plus tôt que d’autres, et les points forts ont varié selon les traditions historiques et les institutions des pays. Il n’existe pas de modèle idéal de gestion publique, mais il apparaît très clairement que les pays concernés ont suivi et continuent de suivre des approches plus ou moins communes en matière de réforme de la gestion publique. Cela tient probablement au fait que les pressions en faveur de la réforme qui s’exercent sur eux ont été plus ou moins similaires.
