Abstract

Sont décrites dans le présent rapport les grandes lignes d’une méthode susceptible d’être suivie pour élaborer des orientations sur l’évaluation des activités de prévention des conflits et de construction de la paix. Les auteurs se sont appuyés sur un large tour d’horizon des documents existants ainsi que sur des entretiens avec des experts de premier plan, et le rapport a été rédigé en concertation avec les réseaux du CAD sur les conflits, la paix et la coopération pour le développement et sur l’évaluation du développement.
