Abstract

Il y a un peu plus de dix ans, le Comité d’aide au développement de l’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (CAD-OCDE) avait publié un rapport visionnaire intitulé La contribution de la coopération pour le développement à l’aube du XXIème siècle. Ce rapport proposait toute une série d’objectifs internationaux pour le développement qui, par la suite, sont devenus ce que nous connaissons maintenant comme les Objectifs du millénaire pour le développement.
