Abstract

The article presents the analysis of persuasiveness category, which has been studied in speeches of Russian and foreign companies’ leaders, as this category is regarded to be a manipulative means of personnel motivation or demotivation. The research findings are explained from the point of historical background of business development in analyzed cultures.
