Innovative ways of improving the incentive personnel of industrial enterprise
AbstractThe paper considers the problem of choosing the direction of improving the system of incentives for staff of an industrial enterprise. It analyzes the system of management by ob-jectives and indicators and the role of grading in the mechanism of increasing the efficiency of innovation and enterprise development.
