Evaluation of Partnership Network Maturity in Projects Realization

Abstract

The new business paradigm for success requires the principles of collaboration to achieve synergy and substantial benefits for the partner organizations. Therefore, the strategic successful project activity of organizations depends on the establishment of effective partnerships. The article proposes a tested model for assessing the maturity of project partnership networks. The model is based on four assessment areas and five maturity levels.
