E-mail: vulture@mail.ruA detailed analysis of the author's judgments on the key issues covered in the book - the functions of contemporary university, cooperation and competition, the egregious audit culture, the nature and meaning of the humanities, assessment of humanities research quality, the impact factor, and university financing - has shown that many situations actually describe the existing education system in Russia.
