Autonomija međunarodnih podružnica u inovativnoj farmaceutskoj industriji u Republici Hrvatskoj

Abstract

U radu je istražen odnos meÄ‘unarodnih podružnica inovativne farmaceutske industrije u Republici Hrvatskoj i njihovih matiÄ nih poduzeća. Cilj je bio utvrditi autonomiju meÄ‘unarodnih podružnica i identificirati njihovo samoinicijativno djelovanje na lokalnoj i meÄ‘unarodnoj razini. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 17 meÄ‘unarodnih podružnica inovativne farmaceutske industrije u Republici Hrvatskoj od ukupno 23 meÄ‘unarodne podružnice inovativne farmaceutske industrije. Rezultati su pokazali znaÄ ajnu ovisnost poslovanja meÄ‘unarodnih podružnica o strategijama matiÄ nog poduzeća te njihovu visoku prilagodbu lokalnom tržiÅ¡tu. MeÄ‘unarodne podružnice pokazale su afinitet za provoÄ‘enje vlastitih inicijativa, koje ovise o podrÅ¡ci matiÄ nih poduzeća. Odnosi s matiÄ nim poduzećem variraju meÄ‘u podružnicama, no može se zakljuÄ iti kako je stupanj autonomije meÄ‘unarodnih podružnica u Republici Hrvatskoj ograniÄ en.
