Privatización y financiarización en salud: procesos políticos y conceptos

Abstract

El presente ensayo revisa los conceptos de privatización y financiarización, discute su aplicación operativa en el análisis de políticas y sistemas de salud, destacando elementos a favor de un abordaje dialéctico de los fenómenos de articulación público-privado y de financiarización. Se considera como premisa que, en el análisis de políticas de salud, las categorías social, privado y público son indisociables y precisan ser consideradas de forma conjunta en una perspectiva crítica que sirva de referencia para la práctica política transformadora.
