Reconversión institucional. Un instituto pasa a formar parte de la Universidad

Abstract

El objetivo de esta tesis es analizar las condiciones y los resultados de un proceso de reconversión institucional de un instituto dependiente de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. El trabajo busca identificar los principios orientadores de esta experiencia, la importancia del liderazgo institucional, la participación de los actores, los procedimientos de implementación y los resultados. Este proyecto se origina en la necesidad de vincular académica y administrativamente dos instituciones tradicionalmente desvinculadas y en este caso específico, con diferentes historias, ambas vinculadas a la técnica. El caso concreto abordado es el del Instituto Nacional Superior del Profesorado Técnico (INSPT), transferido en 1995 al Rectorado de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN).
