Analysis Of The Innovation Activity Of The Enterprises In The Industrial Sector In Bulgaria

Abstract

The article contains some problems of the innovation activity of Bulgarian industrial enterprises in the context of the requirements of the European Union about the development of a competitive economy based on knowledge. Therefore an analysis have been made for a sequence indicators- the part of innovative enterprises, the part of firms with new or improved products and their turnover, the share of enterprises with innovation cooperation, costs for scientific research and development activities. The driving force and growth in these indicators are disposed. It has been found the state of innovation activity of industrial enterprises and some problems are attached. Some conclusions have been made and it is specified the role of business' integration with the research institutions in order to make the innovation activity improved.
