Abstract

Key prerequisite for the creation, reproduction and marketing of quality tourism products are human resources with their knowledge, skills and competencies. They are an important tool of marketing strategy business. The formation of the correct strategic approach which focuses on improving and maintaining their knowledge and skills in marketing help to improve the quality of tourism services and complete satisfaction of consumer needs and expectations. The aim of the paper is to reveal the role of the human factor in the formation of an effective marketing policy.
