Abstract

Achieving the objectives and efficiency of the budget system of any company depends, to a greatest extent, on the way how the budget control system has been worked out and how it operates. The present article shows the model and methods for developing a system of budget control indicators. The model is characterized by thoroughness and complexity of performance and also reflects the links between the indicators and their technological sequence upon receipt. The methodology is based on proven analysis methods and includes a system of ET, generated using PP Excel. We have demonstrated the experiment method results of generating the budget control indicators of a specific budget in a specific production company.
