Abstract

The paper puts its attention on the problems of globalization as a paradigm for the transformation and integration processes in the World economy. The forecasts for the World economic development are being analyzed on the basis of cyclical development. A representation of the state research and development policy has been made. The methodical approaches for formulating, implementing and realization of the innovation development of Ukraine have been presented. The benchmarks have been pointed for the use of the export potential of the industrial complex of Ukraine in the selection of segments from the World market. It has been presented also the organizational and economic mechanism for management of innovation development.
