Abstract

In the present hereby alternative system-structural approach for making of decisions for the development of the economic systems, the proposed changes in the systems are being balanced in regard to the relations of their elements. The volumes and the structure of the sold production are also being balanced through changes in the value added. And in this new balancing the structure of the sold production is improved as well by an increase in the (newly created) value added. This is achieved for decrease in the transferred value of the used resources. In such a way, an increase in the productive potential is achieved and the equilibrium sustainability in the development of the system is being broadened. The proposed solution for the put above set problem is especially important today for the government of the country in the building of adequate strategic and operative decisions for the incurred macro and micro structural disproportions of objective, technological, information and management type, including the foreign economic exchange of the national economy.
