Abstract

The paper regards the system of training of tourism human resources. The expectations and assessments of the stakeholders participating in the system are being reviewed in reference with the quality of training and education in tourism at the University of Economics – Varna. Conclusions are being drown for the improvement of the training of the tourism human resources in Bulgaria.
