Abstract

The changing organization is related to redefining the nature of its management, understood as adopting new strategies, introducing a culture of innovation, organizational redesign, and emphasizing the importance of the human factor. The article presents the importance of the main aspects of modern theories of leadership related to visions of the perception and maintenance of a culture of innovation.
