Abstract

L'articolo ricostruisce la complessa storia giudiziaria concernente una delle controversie di maggior rilievo nel recente contenzioso antitrust: quella relativa alla conclusione degli accordi tra Apple e gli editori per la commercializzazione degli ebook. Il caso viene analizzato mettendo in evidenza i numerosi profili concorrenziali ad esso collegati, che rappresentano parimenti le ragioni dell'imponente dibattito a cui ha dato seguito. In tale prospettiva, le "opinion" dei giudici e le concorrenti valutazioni dottrinali sono poste in netta contrapposizione per far emergere dialogicamente le (diverse) morali della storia.
