Abstract

Come è noto, le vicende processuali di Europa 7 sono il frutto di una gestione delle radiofrequenze televisive in tecnica analogica, che si è situata al di fuori di ogni logica di incremento del pluralismo esterno e di un'efficienza, sia tecnica sia economica, per quasi quattro lustri. Purtroppo le molte anomalie che caratterizzano il caso in esame non solo confermano che lo stato di salute del mercato televisivo italiano continua ad essere critico, ma sollevano anche numerosi dubbi circa un suo possibile miglioramento nel prossimo futuro «tutto digitale».
