La intención de salida y sus relaciones causales (2013-2018). Un análisis documental con base en la web of Science

Abstract

El presente artículo pretende mostrar los resultados de la revisión de literatura correspondiente al estudio de las variables actitudinales y conductuales relacionadas con la intención de salida. El método que se utilizó para la revisión se basó en el procedimiento de siete pasos para la investigación de síntesis que consiste en: formular el problema, buscar la literatura, obtener la información, evaluar la calidad de los estudios y analizar e integrar los resultados. Se analizaron 57 estudios aplicados en 25 países diferentes y publicados entre 2013 y 2018 con una muestra de más de 31,927 empleados provenientes de diferentes tipos de organización, distintas áreas y niveles. Los hallazgos muestran 110 variables distintas que impactan en la intención de salida.
