Las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación y su aprovechamiento en la Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro: Caso Pyme Manufacturera de Aguascalientes

Abstract

En el presente estudio se muestran resultados derivados de un análisis empírico en donde a través de un instrumento de evaluación se dimensiona de qué manera las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC’s) influyen en una actividad relevante como lo es la Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro (GCS). El estudio se realizó con una muestra de 288 empresas con un enfoque cuantitativo cuyo diseño metodológico refiere un análisis descriptivo y correlacional mediante un análisis de ecuaciones estructurales con el apoyo del software EQS versión 6.1. Los resultados muestran que el uso de las TIC’s tiene una influencia significativa para que las actividades logísticas en este tipo de organizaciones permitan que la GCS sea eficiente para evitar las demoras con los clientes.
