El perfil de la soberbia en el trabajo

Abstract

Con la finalidad de determinar la naturaleza de la relación de Soberbia con Bienestar Emocional, Abuso, Satisfacción en el Trabajo, Renuncia Psicológica y Justicia Organizacional, se aplicó un cuestionario a 52 empleados de cuatro organizaciones localizadas en la ciudad de México. Las hipótesis correlacionales se confirman, puesto que Soberbia correlacionó significativa y negativamente con Bienestar, Satisfacción y Justicia, y positivamente con Abuso y Renuncia Psicológica. 15% de las personas son soberbias y se caracterizan por abusar e incurrir en la evitación del trabajo, y por otro lado manifiestan niveles inferiores de bienestar, satisfacción y justicia organizacional percibida.
