Abstract

"En un país rodeado de desigualdad económica y social, con un Estado que no puede cubrir las necesidades básicas en su totalidad, con unas regiones ajenas al acontecer nacional, es el modelo cooperativo el llamado a oxigenar y contribuir a la consecución de unos mejores índices de calidad de vida. (Confecoop, 2005). La importancia del sector solidario y del cooperativismo, su naturaleza sin ánimo de lucro y de interés social, resulta ser fundamental para el desarrollo económico nacional. En él se encuentran figuras que al ser correctamente explotadas pueden producir fenómenos verdaderos de inclusión social, repartición de riqueza y por lo tanto obtención de desarrollo económico y bienestar general."
