Abstract

Un sistema de calidad educativa es el conjunto de metodologías, procedimientos y recursos estructurados de modo que se pueda garantizar en el tiempo,las operaciones propias de un ente educativo específico. Para ello, la universidad debe desarrollar estructuras e implementar y mantener cada uno de sus componentes, como medio para el servicio educativo; o sea, el sistema propiamente dicho.
