The Project Management Specifics In Construction Works

Abstract

Today, in fast changement times of the business environment, project management is used to perform complex relations and connections between tecnologies, informations, tasks, processes and human resources. Success in this kind of complex business environment depends on strategic decisions of the top management and appropriate definition of the project management. Rational project management is a suposition for quality decision making. This paper is an attempt to emphasise project management as an economy discipline, which is constantly in trend of adaptation to the business development and its sucess. The main goal of this research is related to explonations and analysis of : a) basis of teory definitions, categories and meanings, as well as methodology-theory framework in general, as a suposition for project preparation in the construction works, and b) dynamics of preparation of the project basis in relation to Law framework in the field of construction works and c) implementation of concrete project. Working hypotesis has been achieved, stating that: in the construction works all theoretical and methodological basis of the project management, such all the specific techniques related to the operation documentation and law framework, are to be used.
