Abstract

If the society does not understand what it ought to, one should give explanations to it. At the up-to-date stage of development the mankind exists in the most unnatural form of market economy - in business economy. The economic science did not notice the developed form of the market, thus the state institutions are under the power of the market instead of the market management. Throughout the planet the market works all by itself and it lead to business-economy. The author sees the scientific way to the developed form of market relations, proposes his conception in which the developed market is presented as a perfect model of national economy. The way of its realization in comercially-production sphere is the subject of further discussions.
