Management Change In Transition Process

Abstract

The world in which organizations exist is continuously in change. The current experiences in process of transformation show that managers enterprises didn't akcept concept of managing effective change and balancing stability and change. In this paper the need for managing complex change of an enterprises in process of transformation has been emphasised.
