Abstract

Organization culture is an integral part of every organization. It is a whole of principles, beliefs, expectations, norms, attitudes, and habits characteristic only to its members, treated as a group consciousness of these people, which determines their reaction to the processes inside and outside the organization and causing their behavior. It may be stated that formation of culture is a dualist process, which forms naturally under the influence of external and internal factors, or may be formed, altered artificially realizing the corresponding measures by the organization employees and especially by its managers.
