Abstract

2022 yılı maalesef pandemiden çıkış yılı ve uluslararası insan hareketliliğinin yeniden normalleşeceği bir yıl olmak yerine 2. Dünya Savaşından bu yana karşılaştığımız en büyük mülteci krizine yol açtı. Rusya’nın Ukrayna işgaline başladığı Şubat ayından buy ana 7 milyon dolayında Ukraynalı yollara döküldü ve yoğunlukla komşu ülkelere sığındı. Aynı zamanda ülkenin özellikle kuzey ve doğu bölgelerini etkileyen savaş yurtdışına gidenlerden daha kalabalık bir nüfusun da ülke içinde yerinden edildiğini gördük.
