Abstract

TMC 2019 için 18-20 Haziran tarihlerinde sizleri İtalya’nın Bari kentine insan hareketliliğinin nedenlerinin, sonuçlarının ve göç sürecinin her yönünün çok çeşitli perspektiflerden tartışılacağı 7. konferansa bekliyoruz. Her yıl yeni bir ülke ve yeni bir üniversitede düzenlenen göç konferansı, dünya göç çalışmalarını yönlendirici ve göç alan yazınını varsıllaştırıcı bir işlev üstlenmektedir. Aynı zamanda dünyanın dört bir yanından araştırmacılar için bir okul görevi de görmektedir. İlki 2012’de ve ikincisi 2014’de Londra Regent’s Üniversitesinde düzenlenen TMC (The Migration Conference-Göç Konferansı) dizisi, üçüncüsü 2015 yılında Prag Charles Üniversitesinde, dördüncüsü 2016’da Viyana Üniversitesinde, beşincisi 2017 yılında Atina Harokopio Üniversitesi’nde ve altıncısı Lizbon Üniversitesinde düzenlenmiş ve geleneksel bir boyut kazanmıştır. 6. Konferans, TMC2018, bu sene Lizbon’da 26-28 Haziran 2018 tarihleri arasında Portekiz’in en önemli üniversitelerinden birisi olan Universidade de Lisboa’da çok geniş ve alanda disiplinlerarası bir katılımla gerçekleşti.
