Özellikle hukuk alanında göçü mevzuat ve yargı kararları çerçevesinde değerlerdiren ve hem ulusal hem de uluslararası düzlemde inceleyen yayınlaraolan ihtiyaç günümüzde artan insan hareketliliğiyle ilişkili olarak gittikçe önem kazanıyor.
