Ergenlerin Gözünden Göç

Abstract

Göç tüm gelişim dönemleri üzerinde etkili olan bir yapıdır. Küreselleşen dünyada son zamanlarda farklı nedenlerle artan göç olayları dikkat çekmektedir. Bu süreçte toplumun yetişkinleri olmaya hazırlanan ergenlerin, göç algıları, göç yaşantıları, gelecek yaşamlarında göçe yönelik plan ve bakış açılarının da önem kazandığı söylenebilir. Bu nedenle bu araştırmada, ergenlerin göç algılarının araştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Katılımcılar, 40 (%38) kız ve 65 (%62) erkek olmak üzere toplam 105 ergenden oluşmaktadır. Veriler, araştırmacının hazırladığı, kişisel bilgi formu ve nitel soru formu aracılığı ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın ilk kısmında göçe yönelik sorulan soruların betimsel analizleri sunulmuştur. Göç etmek isteyen katılımcıların gerekçeleri ve göçe yönelik algılarına yönelik veriler içinse içerik ve metafor analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına bakıldığında, bazı ergenlerin ve ailelerinin göç yaşantısını geçirdikleri görülmüş ve ergenlerin bazılarının ileriye yönelik farklı gerekçelere dayanan göç planları olduğu bilgisine ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcıların göçe dair oluşturduğu 102 farklı metafordan, keşif, kaçış, gurbet, başlangıç, değişim, ihtiyaç, zorlayıcı, hareketlilik şeklinde adlandırılan sekiz farklı kategori elde edilmiştir. Bu bulgular doğrultusunda öneriler sunulmuştur.
