Turizm, Küresel İnsan Hareketliliği ve Kültürleşme

Abstract

Bu çalışmada küreselleşme ve küresel insan hareketliliği kaynaklı kültürleşme kavramı, özellikle sosyal antropoloji disiplini çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Kültürleşme kavramının tanımı ve tarihçesi üzerinde durularak, kavramın antropoloji ile ilişkisi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca; göç ve göçmenler bakımından kültürleşme olgusu tartışılarak, çeşitli coğrafyalardaki turizm ve seyahat organizasyonlarında gerçekleşen kültürel insan teması sonucu ortaya çıkan kültürleşmelerden örnekler verilmiştir. Yine kültürleşme kavramı çerçevesinde asimilasyon, gönüllü asimilasyon, senkretizm, etnik kimlik ve kültür şoku kavramları da ele alınarak, kültürleşme sonucu ortaya çıkan insan ilişkileri ve toplumsal davranışlar gözden geçirilmiştir. Son yıllarda bilimsel anlamda kültürleşme süreçlerini anlama yönündeki çalışmalarda büyük mesafeler kat edilmiştir. Bugüne kadar kültürleşme konusunda yapılan araştırmaların çoğu, azınlık gruplarının tutum ve tercihlerini ön planda tutmuştur. Azınlıkların baskın kültürlere uyumu, kültürlerarasılık, çokkültürlülük, toplumsal çeşitlilik ve etnik farklılık, yine son zamanlarda sosyal araştırmalarda önemli bir yere sahip olmuştur. Toplumların veya kültürlerin teması sonucu, ya bir kültürde ya da temas eden her bir kültürde, kültürleşme olgusu veya kültürel değişme gerçekleşebilir. Ve genellikle kültürleşme süreçleri sonrası, bireylerin davranış, tutum, biliş, kişilik, dil, ilişki ve kültürel yönelimleri etkilenip değişebilir veya senkretik yapılar oluşabilir.
