Abstract

A gazdasági kibocsátás egyik meghatározó tényezője az innováció. Viszonylag hosszú idő telt el amíg a közgazdaságtan művelői felismerték, hogy a gazdasági, természettudományi innováció hiányos térségekben a társadalmi innováció valamelyest ellensúlyozhatja az előbbi hiányát. A tanulmány a társadalmi innovációs potenciál mérésének módszertanát, valamint generálását segítő szakértői rendszert ismertet, amely alkalmas lehet a társadalmi innovációs potenciál növelését segítő beavatkozási irányok meghatározására.
