Abstract

The brilliant leader Chairman Hua pointed out: "There is a great deal of potential in farms. We must run state farms well." This is a combat appeal to the national agricultural reclamation front. After the "Gang of Four" has been smashed, the country must be properly run, agriculture must be greatly developed, and state farms under the socialist system of ownership by the whole people should take the lead in making more contributions.
