Abstract

The aim of this study was to provide an integrated model of social responsibility in the banking system. After reviewing the literature, first using the Delphi method, a questionnaire based on social responsibility indicators in the literature and theoretical foundations was sent to a statistical sample consisting of experts from public, private and semi-public banks selected from the relative class method and After the second phase of Delphi and the development of the initial conceptual model, the poll was stopped. In the second phase of the research, 2296 people from the statistical community, including managers and relevant experts in the banking system, were selected from the statistical community to check the validity of the model. A sample of 749 people was selected by the relative class method and a questionnaire was distributed based on the model. After performing the analysis in this section, using the method of confirmatory factor analysis, the final conceptual model of social responsibility in the countrychr('39')s banking system was designed. The research findings show two main dimensions, 9 components, and 32 indicators. Based on the social responsibility model of banks, suggestions were made about the concepts of government institutions, the countrychr('39')s health system and attention to the family.
