Abstract

The course "Family Law. Marriage. Marriage regimes. Filiatia," discusses complex issues in the field of family relations, representing the expression of the constant concern of the prestigious author for knowledge and analysis from a scientific perspective of the literature and case law both from the perspective of Romanian and foreign law.
