Abstract

The book entitled "Drept administrativ.Partea generală.Curs universitar" deals with the dense, complex and evolving issue of the administrative system in Romania, analyzing the most important aspects of the structure of public administration, its operation, use and resource management, the organization of public service, the positions of civil servants and, of course, the traditional issues of the administrative law norm structure, typicaladministrative law relationships and the written or unwritten specific sources.
