Abstract

The administrative act influences, spreadingly, in present day, the different aspects of our daily life. For this reason, constitutional legislators provide fundamental principles regarding this notion, in different state’s constitutions. Not even Romanian Constitution excepts this customary law. Therefore, the explication, not just by the doctrine, but also regarding the constitutional norms, we consider that is a necessity.
