Abstract

This study proposes a biobibliographical approach on Traian Brăileanu, one of the most interesting theoreticians of the elites, one of the most important European sociologists of the nations who had a systemic vision about society, the first Romanian author of a work dealing with the science of politics and one of the most prolific translators of Aristotle and Kant. In fact, his entire work was influenced by the Kantian doctrine. His work is very complex and resisted in spite of the interdictions of the communist regime. This is why we will try to reconsider and re-evaluate it in order to give Traian Brăileanu the place he deserves.
