ABUZUL EXERCITAT ÎN FAMILIE ASUPRA MINORILOR (Romanian version)

Abstract

Studiul prezent constituie o analiză de ansamblu a informaţiilor cuprinse în statisticile Direcţiei Generale a Penitenciarelor din România cu privire la infracţiunile comise prin violenţă, cele de natură sexuală şi cele privind abaterile de la convieţuirea socială în cursul anului 2007. Este evaluată, în acest sens, distribuţia, în funcţie de diverşi indicatori (sex, vârstă, mediu de proenienţă, relaţia cu agresorul) a victimelor infracţiunilor menţionalte şi sunt evidenţiaţi, de asemene, principalii factori de risc care influenţează sau determină ratele de victimizare.
