Abstract

The migration phenomenon is usually analysed from economic, humanitarian, cultural, and community security perspectives. Because today, within the European Union, we are witnessing a significant phenomenon in what regards the circulation of people, and because this phenomenon triggers changes in the European and national legislation regarding the citizens' rights in terms of political representation and participation in the running of local communities, the issue of the effects of migration on the administrative reform becomes fundamental for governance and for political administrative analyses.
