Abstract

For an organization that aims to increase performance through human resources development, training can be a critical component of it. The research aims to obtain a perspective on training programs, provider- customer relationship, and how to select programs and training providers in the banking sector. The development of training domain highlights, on one hand, the growth of investment for training, and on the other hand, complex action of international level, as well as training top trainers.
