Abstract

The school is an institution that provides educational, convey knowledge, develop skills, competencies forms, norms, values recognized and socially acceptable. She works amid changes over which the Romanian society, seeking search and crystallization of identity, school plays a crucial role in restoring social identity and enhancement of human potential, a community made up of many factors of education that have turn offer educational family, authorities, governmental and nongovernmental organizations, police, church, etc. Community is defined in the Explanatory Dictionary of Romanian as a group of people with similar interests, beliefs or rules of common life, all the inhabitants of a town, of a country, all those who live in the same place and the same habits, the same rules of life etc. The family is a factor of formal education, on the other hand, it has obligations and rights arising from the status of students by children in the formal education system.
