Abstract

Organizational practice shows that conflicting situations can be transformed into important strategies in achieving the best possible outcome. Consequently, conflict must be seen as an element of organizational life. It is normal to see differences between attitudes, goals and ways of acting against a situation in the management process. In these cases, stress management can make the difference between success and failure. When people analyze and discover the sources of a conflict, they are able to conceive and develop a method to face the dispute.
